Our Values

Since day one in 2015, we've championed what makes us proud: local artisans and their products. Our ready-to-gift gourmet boxes are filled with beautiful, delicious products from local's regions.

Our Story

Gourmet Gift is, at its heart, a love story — actually, two love stories. The first between Manon and Marc (that's us, the M&M duo), partners in life for nearly 20 years. The second: our shared passion for local artisan food culture.

Festival & Gifts

Long before "buying local" became a trend, we launched the La Grande Gourmandise festival in 2013 to celebrate local artisans. Gift creation followed in fall 2015 — Manon was taking orders by phone and assembling gifts on the fly in our little shared kitchen. Friends and family pitched in to help wrap our creations.

Online Store

September 2017 — our e-commerce site was born. Simple, but we were so proud. Then came the real challenge: getting found online. Countless hours of photography, redesigns, and relaunches followed.

Youth Fund

February 2019 still gives us chills. We awarded our first Youth Fund scholarships — $6,000 to support school perseverance projects. Since then, we've supported 17 projects across Quebec schools, distributing over $21,500 in total. #ProudMoment

Pandemic...

March 2020 changed everything. Like everyone, we were uncertain. We paused the festival and focused on gifts — and launched our podcast, thinking we'd have extra time. Spoiler: we didn't, especially after a TV appearance early in the pandemic.

...and Renewal

Growing demand brought new team members — young students, moms and grandmothers who became our "elves" a few hours a week. What a joy to share those moments together.

10 Years!

Our baby Gourmet Gift turns 10. Hotels, real estate brokers, concierge services, wealth managers and many more now trust us for their turnkey gourmet gift needs — 100% local.
