This delicious panettone follows the traditional Italian recipe but is made in Montreal. It is crafted according to time-honored methods. Each panettone requires 72 hours of work and contains only the finest ingredients: natural sourdough starter, Madagascar vanilla beans, candied oranges and citron, fresh Quebec eggs, and Canadian butter.
We offer it in 2 sizes, either 500 grams or 1 kilo.
Please note that this is a pre-order (until November 15th), and the panettone will be shipped starting December 10th. If you would like it shipped closer to Christmas, please specify this in your shopping cart.
