As guinea fowl are real gourmands, they naturally gorge themselves on the liver, which creates the blond liver. This addition adds a very creamy texture to the guinea fowl effiloché. Delicious on bread or crackers. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving and remove 15 minutes before serving.

This tasty terrine brings out the flavor of this exceptional meat from beef raised on a family farm where animal welfare is essential.
